Care Instructions

How do I care for my solid gold jewelry?

If you notice your jewelry is in need of a cleaning, mix 5-10 drops of dish soap (Dawn recommended) with warm water and scrub gently with a soft toothbrush to release any built up dirt or oil. Rinse with water to remove any excess soap.

NOTE: Avoid exposing enamel and certain stones (opal, emerald, etc.) to water and humidity. Always double check the GIA website if you are unsure if your piece can be washed.

Can I shower, swim, and sweat with my jewelry on?

Since all pieces are solid gold they will not tarnish from water. However, the ingredients in soaps (and chlorine if swimming) can potentially damage your jewelry.

Do you offer repairs?

Yes! We happily offer repairs on items purchased from Yeah It's Jewelry. Please email hello@yeahitsjewelry.com with your order number and photos so we can assist you.

Shipping

Do you offer insured shipping?

Yes! Add Route's Package Protection at checkout to insure your new jewels.

Please note that by declining package protection, Yeah It's Jewelry is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All orders over $1000 include free insurance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, at the moment shipping is available to residents of the United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Netherlands, Switzerland, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and South Korea.

If you would like to request international shipping for a country not listed, please email hello@yeahitsjewelry.com so we can look into adding the option.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to ship out orders within 3 business days but please allow 3-5 business days for fulfillment. Domestic USPS shipping typically take 3-7 business days to arrive. International delivery times are around 2 weeks (shipping times may be longer depending on customs).

We email tracking numbers as soon as they are available but if you need help tracing an order, please reach out to us via email: hello@yeahitsjewelry.com.

Do you ship delivered duties paid?

Certain countries charge customs fees (VAT) and independent carrier charges. Since we are unable to anticipate these costs, we will not be able to cover or reimburse these fees. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office to find out what these fees could be. As the purchaser and customer, you are responsible to pay any associated import and customs charges.

Returns

Can I cancel, exchange, or return my order?

All sales are final and cancelations, exchanges, or returns cannot be accomodated at this time.
