Return and Exchange Policy
We are pleased to offer returns and exchanges in the form of online store credit. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@yeahitsjewelry.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a clear photograph of the item you wish to return or exchange.
Exclusions:

Custom orders – including, but not limited to, Custom Nameplates, Lucky Birthstone Pendants, and engraved items– are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.

Vintage pieces are sold in pre-owned condition and are final sale. Please review all photos and videos carefully prior to purchase.
Eligibility & Conditions:

The 7-day return and exchange request period begins on the date the order is marked as delivered by the mail carrier.

All items must be returned in unworn, original condition and accompanied by their original packaging.

Once your request is approved, your order must be returned to us within 7 calendar days.
Shipping & Liability

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked and fully insured shipping method to ensure safe arrival.

Yeah It’s Jewelry is not liable for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit without valid proof of delivery.

For international returns, all customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refund Method:

Approved returns will be issued in the form of online store credit only; no refunds will be provided to the original form of payment.

Due to the current market conditions for precious metals, prices are subject to change without notice, and all sales are subject to review and/or cancellation.
While we try to keep our pricing current and as fair as possible as we navigate the current market, sometimes things will slip past us. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience during these uncertain times.
