Care Instructions

If you notice your jewelry is in need of a cleaning, mix 5-10 drops of dish soap (Dawn recommended) with warm water and scrub gently with a soft toothbrush to release any built up dirt or oil. Rinse with water to remove any excess soap.

NOTE: Avoid exposing enamel, opal, and emerald to water and humidity. Always double check the GIA website if you are unsure if your jewelry can be washed.

Since all pieces are solid gold they will not tarnish from water. However, the ingredients in soaps (and chlorine if swimming) can potentially damage your jewelry.

If you checkout through PayPal, they offer a payment plan option. 

Returns

All sales are final and cancelations, exchanges, or returns cannot be accomodated at this time.

Shipping

Customers can choose between 'Tracked USPS Shipping' or 'Tracked and Insured USPS Shipping'. Whether or not a customer chooses to insure their package is at their discretion.

Yes, at the moment shipping is available to residents of the United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Israel.

We aim to ship out orders within 2 business days but please allow 3-5 business days for fulfillment. Domestic USPS shipping can take 3-7 business days to arrive (shipping times may be longer). International delivery times are around 2 weeks (shipping times may be longer).

We send tracking numbers as soon as they are available but if you need help tracing an order, please reach out to us via email: hello@yeahitsjewelry.com.

Certain countries charge customs fees (VAT) and independent carrier charges. Since we are unable to anticipate these costs, we will not be able to cover or reimburse these fees. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office to find out what these fees could be. As the purchaser and customer, you are responsible to pay any associated import and customs charges.
